When can I expect my order?
Once an order is placed, we should be able to send within 48 hours. Once your order has been shipped you will be notified via email.
How do I return an order?
Unfortunately we do not accept returns unless your item is damaged or faulty. Any issues please contact email@example.com once you receive your order.
How long does delivery take?
Our standard delivery is 3-5 days days via Hermes or the post office. We do offer expedited shipping options for just a little bit more. See delivery information for further details please click here.
How can I get 10% off my first order?
For 10% off your first purchase with us, sign up for our newsletter and you’ll be emailed a discount code to use at checkout.
The item I want is out of stock. Will it come back and can I be notified?
Just email us at firstname.lastname@example.org and I can let you know when the item you want will be back in stock.
Can I exchange my order?
At the moment we do not offer exchanges – we’re so sorry about that! We're happy to accept returns of unworn items which are damaged or faulty only.
I’ve placed my order. Can I make changes to it?
If you’ve already placed an order, we aren’t able to make changes, but send a note to email@example.com and we’ll help out as best we can.
Can I change my shipping address?
Email me at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will try and sort this out for you. If you email me with a change of shipping address please keep in mind that your order may already have been dispatched, so be as careful as possible to provide the correct information when placing your order.

Can I return a gift card?
No, our gift cards are non-refundable.
Can I use more than one promotional code on my order?
No, you can only use one promotional discount in each individual order.
